Promotional Product Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • How many pieces can I order?
  • The minimum order quantity will be in the details for each product.
  • How quickly will my order be dispatched?  
  • The standard lead time is 2- 3 weeks from artwork approval. If you need something quickly,  just get in touch and we will do our best to help.
  • How and when do I pay for my order?
  • You can pay for your order by BACS or bank payment.  Payment is due on placement of order.
  • How do I place an order?
  • Just get in touch by email or phone. We will then help you with your order to make sure we have all of the details we need.
  • Some of my order is damaged, what should I do?
  • Please take a photograph of the damaged pieces and packaging and email it to rebecca@giftstwogive.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then make sure that any damaged items are replaced.
  • Can products be branded with my company logo?
  • Yes they can. Just email your logo to us as a jpeg or pdf. We will set up the artwork and send it back to you for proofing before the order is printed.
  • Can I send business cards to be added to the packs?
  • Yes you can. We will be happy to add the cards free of charge.
  • Can we choose the colour of the cotton fabric and ribbon used to wrap the soap?
  • Yes you can. This is great for company branding or for wedding favours.  Just let us know what colour you are looking for and we will do our best to match it.
