The Order Process & Artwork

What file type do you need?

In order for us to brand your promotional product’, we will need your artwork.

The most suitable type of file for us is an .EPS File, created in Adobe Illustrator from scratch and saved as outlines. However, don’t worry, we can create one for you. All you need to do is email us your artwork in whatever format you have.

Very complicated designs may incur charge, but most simple designs are free. We will always let you know if there will be a charge, before commencing the work. Other accepted file types are .JPG, .PDF, .PSD, .TIFF, .AI and .PNG. If you are sending us JPG, please try to ensure it is 300DPI, but if it isn’t, again, no need to worry, we can do this for you.

Promotional Product Artwork Colours

If your company logo was created by a designer they will know what colour your artwork is. The most commonly used recognition system that printers use to determine the exact colours of your logo is called a Pantone Colour System. The number of colours you have in your artwork may effect the price of your promotional product, unless the promotional product is being printed digitally.

There are many other types of colour recognition systems used, for example CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) or RGB. Don’t worry if that’s all you have as our team of in-house designers can easily convert these for you.

We can also print your logo even if it is Full Colour, like a photograph for example, or a logo with lots of gradients. If in doubt, simply email us whatever format of artwork you have and let us do the hard work.

Promotional Products Quote & Ordering Process

To request a quote for the promotional products you require, you can either do this via our website using our contact form, email: or call us on 07393 170474 and speak to one of our experienced team.

  • You will be emailed a quote. This will include everything you need. The unit price, set up charges, delivery costs. (THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES). The quote will also include extra information including the product size, colours available, print areas and lead times.

  • If you would like a sample of your promotional product, let us know and we will arrange this for you. The majority of our promotional product samples are free of charge however some of our more expensive samples are chargeable.

  • When you are ready to proceed with your order of promotional items simply reply to the email and confirm you would like to proceed with your order. You will need to provide the following information if not already provided; Your company name, purchase order number if applicable, delivery address, invoice address, your deadline and the artwork you would like printed along with your Pantone references. (Don’t worry if you don’t have your logo in the right format or you don’t know your pantones, as we can help you with this).

  • We will send you an order confirmation, this confirms your promotional gift choice and all the other information you have provided.

  • We will send you an artwork proof and the invoice for payment. The artwork is a pdf of the promotional product with your artwork on it. Check this carefully, if you need to make any changes let us know. If you are happy with everything you can approve your proof and we will then start printing your artwork onto the products.

  • We will be sent an email confirming your promotional products have been dispatched.

  • Finally once you receive your promotional products we ask you to let us know they have arrived safely.
